Developed Monthly Manager Updates newsletter in 2022 to deliver key messages to people managers across the global org with call to action to communicate monthly topics with their teams. The newsletter featured a "Leader Culture Spotlight" recognition section (not pictured) to recognize managers for exceptional demonstration of our nine culture statements.

Digital newsletter publication to promote internal mentoring program (December, 2021). This was my fourth promo ad in 2021. Mentoring resources in our intranet portal are available in various languages.
